Do these receivers work with Pixhawk / PX4 / ArduPilot?

Yes. Septentrio receivers output SBF protocol which is natively supported by ArduPilot (GPS_TYPE=9) and PX4 (GPS_TYPE=9). The HB21 and HB6 Pro also output standard NMEA.
